  On placing order immediately received a message thanking me for the order. Following morning email advising posted. When it did arrive (Royal Mail took a week!) the fragile item was extremely thoroughly packed and item in outstanding condition. Basically exemplary service from Simon, thank you.

  It’s not often that Customer Service is the highest priority. But Simon proves that great care is still possible. He messaged twice, first to acknowledge the order and second to say he had posted the item - with a photo. The package arrived the next day and was well-packaged and as described.
