  I purchased this Tornado Marathon 1200 Carpet Extractor. The listing said "free shipping" via Fedex. After I purchased the item the seller refused to ship the item even though they updated EBAY saying the item had been shipped. I contacted the seller many times saying I wanted the item shipped per the "free shipping" in the listing. The seller said I needed to pick up the item or arrange for shipping and pay for shipping myself. Please be careful dealing with this seller. I am frustrated.

  Very good seller. The product was shipped quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely order from Wesscomputer again. The only thing that I would suggest to the seller is to include the shipping into the price, but otherwise all was great. 5 stars from me.

  I bought a Denon SD recorder from this seller in January. Seller immediately printed a shipping label, but the item didn't ship till 5 days later, and that was only after I asked what the holdup in shipping was. I received a completely different Tascam product. Mistakes happen and I can accept that. I sent him a pic of the wrong item and he said he would "check with his online". Never heard from him again. I returned the item and got a refund, but only when I escalated to Ebay.

  The monitors were fine. It did take them awhile to arrive, but they were in good shape. What I paid for should have included the power cords and hdmi cords. Those weren’t included so I contacted the sellers right away. They said they would send me the items that weren’t included, and here it is almost three weeks later and still no cords. I contacted them about this and still no response. Should have gone with my gut and purchased cords sooner through Amazon. They arrived, tracked, the next day.

  Seller printed a label soon after the purchase, but never shipped the item. I left two or three kind of messages asking for an update and the seller never responded. I escalated to eBay, and ultimately was refunded.  Disappointing.
