Very disappointed! Dishonest seller, makes up excuses, when we received a damaged product.We paid full price (27 pounds) for a damaged product that we would never bought if we had known it was damaged! Very poor customer service, do not recommend this seller!

Hlo! Got another negative feedback. let's talk about what is the Matter. Buyer Bought item on 08March and Received on 22march. she is UK Base customer. i have 5 members Team who check every items before shipping. Buyer said there is a missing pearl on necklaces and she also sent me photo. there was only 1 pearl missing on necklaces. i also replied her after received her message. i requested her to fix 1 pearls with necklaces. she only replied me two times and this is not defective or damage.
