    Description lacked important detail. Considering the price, I expected an answer regarding number of colors. Skeins in like colors were each in their own little bag, so it would have been simple. She said 'I don't have the time to count the colors'. Disappointing response to a legitimate question. Packaging was just adequate; a used box. Shipping was high, even considering fees and the tiny 5% shipping cost refund. But, I was happy with the thread assortment.

    The canvas arrived safely. It is in pristine condition with excellent an instruction packet. The canvas is exactly as described and pictured on the website. The only difference from the description is that the stitch guide states there is a small charm included. It was not in the packaging. After emailing with the seller, the question was resolved satisfactorily. The colors of the stitches are lovely. There is also a suggestion for finishing. I am excited to start the stitching.
