    I initially thought there was problem with a badly scratched vinyl but couldn’t see any obvious signs. Contacted seller who advised me to first try some more weight on the cartridge head as that may have been the problem. Ultimately traced the fault to a worn stylus and when this was replaced the LP is absolutely fine. Good quality, packaged well and delivered on time. Would buy from this seller again.

    Regrettably the seller could not locate the record to send to me after purchase, That said, the seller did communicate very effectively to advise the issue he had and after some time searching informed me a refund would be made immediately. That was completed very quickly. I appreciate these things happen from time to time but would use this seller again based on how he / she dealt with this issue.
