The envelope arrived without drill bit inside. Contacted windscreensocal and my money was quickly refunded. Shipping was quick. They need to reevaluate their shipping procedures. You don’t put a 2 pound drill bit in a thin legal envelope and expect it make it cross country.. would buy from them again
