The item was listed as new (box was not open) but the box was opened by someone but they only opened the LEGO instruction book and that’s it, everything else was sealed. I had a great experience.

    This 5-car set was accurately described, EXPERTLY packed, and promptly shipped at a reasonable cost considering the large & sturdy shipping carton used. I'd rather pay modestly higher shipping fees than to deal with damaged items by any one of the big shippers: UPS, FedEx, and the once-gentle USPS.     shipping was quick and very good. packaging was also very good to excellant, in a.cardboard box stuffed with paper, the items themselves were wrapped in bubble wrap which makes the irems reasonably safe from being chrushed. this item and the item received was pictured on the sellers site, matches and even matches the description. the value is what one would pay for this item. .this item to me is what I paid for it.i
