The seller was very informative and helpful regarding the shipping issue. Not sure why the shipping costs were more than what the site charged. My account stated where I was, so it should have charged me the correct amount. This needs to be addressed. But on a positive note. I received the item very quickly despite the issues. 1. received "delivered" notice, but no package. 2. got another notice - DIFFERENT tracking label- says "still to be delivered", (did I purchased TWO razors by mistake?) so I had to hunt thru my purchase confirmations to see if that was so. (it wasn't) 3. finally order was delivered WITH A PART MISSING, (and because the instructions are in a foreign language) cant tell what part that is. However, due to pictures, I think it's an oil bottle. not unhappy but disturbed at the eff-ups.

also realize that the problem is with DHS shipping, and not the seller. (have had numerous issues with DHS un -elated to this seller) also checked on this item, many other purchasers from diff sites have noticed missing oil bottle, so again this does not reflect on the seller, who is great.

Unit Faulty started return cost of return priority mail $18.45 too costly for seller offered 70% refund and no return of the defective unit. offer accepted . unit at first did not come on rechecked connections and unit came on ran for 15 minutes then died and would not come on again reads short from power to ground with fluke77
