  Although there was alarming discrepancy transpired on the part of USPS delivery process, it was resolved through old school communication way (via open letter/note which was inserted in the Outgoing Mail Box) addressed to the Postman to locate and redeliver the item in the appropriate and correct Mail Box/Parcel Box.   Never received my item. Seller said they would refund but have not. Then I filed a report with eBay and they are acting like they won’t refund me still. Making it hard to get my money back or the item I paid for. Idk why sellers say something and not do it. Very unprofessional. Buyers be careful.
