Spent over $2,100 on this iMac Pro - the entire experience has been AWFUL. They took almost 7 days before they shipped it, they did not communicate things well at all, and the product that I got was BADLY DAMAGED and this was NOT listed in the item description nor was it pictured in the photos of the item being sold. BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. DEAL WITH EXTREME CAUTION. I have NO IDEA how these people have almost an entire set of 5 star ratings. Until this is resolved, I feel SCAMMED.

Originally there was a mix up on the cord and I was sent the wrong one it was immediately fixed respectfully and in a timely manner and the new one was exactly the same as the original charger and for a fair price I might add overall 15/10 for service and customer support and everything
