This seller was a nightmare from the start. I bought a terrarium glass bowl. The item was not as described. A lot smaller then stated. The item arrived completely smashed into pieces.
When I asked for a refund the seller suggested I buy another item off of them. I continued to ask for a refund and I was told to return the broken glass to them. Only then would they refund me. It’s not logistically or legally possible to post smashed glass. I had to go through EBay in the end to get a refund…..

Spoons arrived broken due to insufficient bubble wrap - they should have been wrapped individually. Opened an ebay case and seller took a while to accept the return even with the image evidence, but eventually it got sorted and I returned the items.
