Two bulbs were faulty and I mentioned it to the Seller. It was not a big deal as the price was very good. But he gave me an instant refund on the 2 bulbs. Things do happen to parts, either in handling or shipping. Its nice to see a Seller that doesn't want to give you a hard time. I'll use him again for sure!

Super fast shipping. Tracking was provided and product is exactly as stated. Shipped in a padded envelope, now wait...this isn't a bad story. The boxes were bound together with a type of plastic shrink wrap before being put in the envelope. They came through beautifully! No crushed boxes!! So many times people use the less expensive envelope over a sturdy box and the box inside is so smashed up, you have to find another way to store the product. Well, I was impressed! 5***** seller.
