Received item today - clearly these were returned items and sub-par quality. 1/3 of the items were loose (not in packaging) and the decorative pieces were not tied together. This should have been disclosed in the listing. Although returnable, not worth my time to repack, print label, bring back to USPS. A rebate would be appropriate.

This is only the second time in all the years using EBay that I wrote a negative experience. I ordered two sets of fairy light and only one was in the package. I’ve reached out three times to revolve the issue with NO response what so ever. I was finishing up some Christmas gifts and had to order from another reliable supplier on EBay. That’s sad, every sad.
