First they sent me the wrong wallet and it took forever to arrive. After I had to send her pictures of the wallet that they sent me in the wallet I wanted because the description on the wallet I paid forwas wrong. I finally got the wallet I wanted. But this is by far the most complicated person I have dealt with on eBay. Yes she did correct her mistake. But it took over a month to get my wallet. Will not buy from this seller again. This is my personal opinion.

We did send the wrong wallet by mistake because the label said the color was the one the buyer ordered. Label was misleading. After realizing, we sent out the correct wallet without waiting for the buyer to return the original one. Jan 13th I received notice the wallet was incorrect, Jan 15th I sent the correct one, without waiting for the return first. Buyer has NOT returned the original wallet yet. Did everything we could to be nice, and this is the feedback we get.
