The M1 we received and all other parts like the RA2 Pro look brand new or in new sealed condition, they came in 3 separate boxes almost a week apart, we saved close to $800 great value for what you pay, high quality machine and easy software and setup. communication with seller was great they gave me 3 separate tracking numbers all received as promised, thanx.

When receiving my laser here was a broken piece on it. When I emailed them with pictures they responded pretty quick and sent out a replacement part and was able to get my laser up and running. Although I'm not certain this is the real xtool company, they were very professional and resolved an issue without question so I'd buy from them again 10/10 happy with my experience.

I was skittish about ordering something that was refurbished. The X tool M1 was just like buying a new one. Without the cost. It was packaged perfectly. The set up was amazing. The X tool design space was easy to learn and very convenient. Even though the shipping took a little longer then expected, it was an excellent tool. I contacted customer service questions about shipping they we're very prompt. I couldn't ask for anything better I am so excited to start doing all of my projects with this.
