Item described as brand new but package was opened. Item was a home made bag and looked used. As it was a shaver I questioned with the seller who admitted item has been opened. I then explained and sent a screenshot with the “ebay condition list” and advised it should have been described accordingly. He then advised again they opened the package, completely ignoring the snap sent. I them messaged again the “ebay list” and no response past 48h.

Hello, the product is indeed brand new, just open the box to check whether the product can be used properly, to avoid you receive a non-functional product.
