    Item received with a faulty bit, contacted the seller and they gaslit me even though their own photos show the part I should have received. Admitted that all their stock was the same, meaning it’s all the wrong part. Started asking me my age for no reason? If you want the right parts, I suggest looking elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

    The wrong item was sent and no reasonable means to return was provided. The seller expected me to drive over an hour to return this item and was obstructive and rude in his communication. Thankfully this was resolved by ebay customer services and a refund has been issued.

    The customer claimed an issue with the product, for which we immediately provided a prepaid return label at no cost. Instead of returning the item, the customer attempted to exploit platform loopholes by directly requesting a refund from eBay. Abusing good-faith processes undermines the integrity of the e-commerce ecosystem. Marketplaces must take stronger measures to protect honest sellers against such manipulative practices.
