Box must have been dropped or kicked at some point during transit as arrived with large dent. However all items arrived in perfect condition due to the individual wrapping & protection. Save this seller because when you find a porcelain seller who takes such care with wrapping & are a pleasure to communicate with, you can’t go wrong. Thanks

    A very positive transaction here, despite x1 of the plates unfortunately breaking during the postal system. The seller was extremely quick to respond to my message and fairly offered me a 20% refund for the damage... The partial refund was also dealt with promptly! All the other items were packaged securely and in lovely condition. This seller is trustworthy! I would feel very confident to buy from him again! I have saved this seller. Thanks :)

    Sadly this arrived damaged as the box was crushed. If it wasn’t broken then it would have looked as described and would have been a great value of money. I contacted the seller and immediately responded back, to give me a full refund of both the cost and postage too.
