    Item as advertised. Quick ship and good communication - I reached out re: shipping because USPS showed a label was created but was not yet received. (In reality, tracking showed "Label Created - Awaiting Item" and "Out for Delivery" - nothing between and it was shipping from CA to IL.) Quick reply from Seller. Well packed.

    Free delivery time was excellent. Coast to coast in under a week from when item was ordered. There was an issue with the trim color of the ordered item not being exactly as expected, seller was quite accomodating about the issue and worked with me to come to a satisfactory solution. Not the sellers issue, but the item advertises that it can be installed by a single person. Don't believe that this is true unless you are an experienced electrician. Make sure that someone is available to help.

    The item was shipped out and arrived in a week’s time. So it was relatively quick. The item arrived in its box with the manuals included. The item appears to be new as stated in the description. It is a Kikkerland Critters wind-up and it has some small scratches which could just be from transit or the manufacturer. The wind-up works as expected. I bought from this seller since Kikkerland was out of stock on this one. Luckily, this one came at cheaper price tag too. Good experience overall.

    The water heater was well packed arrived as described. It was installed a day ago and is functioning well so far. The installation was a bit complicated and took a bit more time than was anticipated. One note is that the installation instructions had some inaccuracies with the materials needed, and their dimensions (need for service connections and incorrect tubing diameter), but that is more on the manufacturer. The seller responded quickly and accurately to a question.
