  This was a nightmare, the company mailed to wrong person in New York. Could not get the carrier to reroute item. Company sent me the tracking with message for me to call and deal with issue. this item was needed for a presentation that didn’t happen because of the coat being sent to wrong person. They did send another coat to me. This all started May 13, receive coat 24 Jun. didn’t offer any refund for their screw up. Coat is made well but missing one clasp to help keep coat closed.
