  I've received the order and I'm extremely disappointed. It's dirty and there is no sign of gold like the picture shows. The packaging is pretty and the cleaning cloth nicely wrapped. However, I will have to take the chain to a jeweller and pay to clean. Wow. Very disappointing.

  The listing stated that it is sterling not gold. The listing stated that it could use some polish. If you are not happy with the necklace, then you should return it to me.
