The label said KWT International but came through Oakland and delivered to me in SoCal by Thursday.     There were two problems with the shipping company and in the end the packages never arrived, however the seller was always attentive, sending a second product when the first did not arrive, the second package did not arrive, he gave me a quick refund of my money, the situation was resolved. It got out of both of our hands and yet the seller was attentive throughout the entire process, I recommend it 100%
