  It was an excellent price point (almost $20 less) my husband’s main reason for ordering from this vendor. Having compared the packaging to the previous purchase of this item from three years ago, it is essentially the same. It has not been tried yet as the current shaving head has another month before it needs to be exchanged. It was packaged well enough and appeared undamaged in transit.   I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and immediately reached out and tried to stop the order. I was told okay and it would be taken care of, I received the wrong item. (free returns, okay) The return process was extremely complicated and I messaged the company again. They gave me a gift card for the amount I had paid. The only thing I think they could have done better is to make returns easier.

  The seller contacted me and offered to refund my purchase price. When a seller is willing to contact the customer and make everything right, I respect that. So, I have changed my negative rating to positive for the seller. This is a good seller, even though the product did not work well for me. I am pleased with their resolution to my situation.

  After I left this review, the seller contacted me & expressed their regret that the item didn't meet my expectations. They also offered to refund my payment. I felt like this was very honorable & I now wish I had contacted them directly before sending the feedback. Therefore, I wish to thank the seller for their concern & generous offer of compensation. If I knew how to change or delete the review, I would rate them positively as a seller, even though the product didn't work for me.
