    The shipping length was as expected. The issue was false advertising. I was disappointed in this purchase and I’m still fighting for my money back. I buy and sell a lot of jade/jadeite so have a lot of experience.This was sold as white jade/jadeite, it’s not. See photo next to an actual certified white jade item. This is light green/mint. I asked to send back for refund but they wanted me to off platform, which is against policy. I’m not comfortable with that. Do not recommend. Poor experience.

    The buyer has filed a return case. The case ruled that the buyer should return the items. The buyer did not return the item. The buyer requests a full refund. The buyer also gave this negative feedback.
