  The item is exactly as described. The packaging was adequate, perhaps not as substantial as some but the instrument arrived undamaged. It's hard to tell that the item has been "opened not used" all the accessories were there & protective plastic was still on the thumb rest. I'm happy with the price I paid and was pleasantly surprised by the postage cost. I've contacted the vendor regarding a small matter and they have been extremely helpful. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.

  Obwohl ich anfänglich etwas gezögert habe, bei diesem Anbieter aufgrund einiger, negativer Bewertungen zu bestellen, aufgrund, ist mir nicht erst bei der Kommunikation aufgefallen, dass man schon ziemlich bemüht ist um den Kunden. Ich habe also das benötigte Pedal bestellt und was soll ich noch anfügen? Perfekte Lieferzeit (2 Tage), gute Kommunikation, sehr gut verpackter Artikel. Ich vermute mal, einige Menschen differenzieren bei ihren Bewertungen eventuell etwas zu wenig?

  Purchase and paid for this item immediately. Two days later I contacted the seller and asked when he/she was going to ship it where it was only a very small item and that it hadn't even been marked as packed yet could he please keep me up to date. Without any contact he canceled the sale and refunded me. Obviously a spoiled Karen.. no one's allowed to speak or ask him questions or challenge anything about him her... They have been reported to eBay. Not recommended to do business with.

  This item was sold as new. It arrived in an outer box that had been opened and resealed. The inner packaging was torn open where someone had removed the neck which was damaged. It looked like a previous customer had retuned it and it had been sold again as mint in box, despite the fact that it was now damaged B-stock. I've opened a returns case as seller failed to respond to message via ebay. Avoid seller.
