  Seller had 10 rudder dampening kits listed for sale. I purchased three. Seller informed me that he did not have the items due to issues with his supplier. I would have to wait. I told him that I was okay with that. A few weeks later, I checked in to see how things were going. I noticed that the seller had one of the kits listed for sale. I suggested that he remove the listing and send me the item. I also wrote to eBay's customer service and I was issued a refund. 27 years and this is a first.

  Item not as described. Wants me to spend twice what the item costs to send back for negative equity refund. Do not by from this seller. You will be sorry. Also poor tracking on package but they request tracking to send back. What a joke!!
