So happy with this camera !!!!

My first digital camera back in 2006 was a Sony Cybershot, and I absolutely loved it. I broke it last year during my senior year of college, and wound up getting persuaded by a salesperson to get an Olympus Stay Tough to prevent breaking another camera. I absolutely hated how it takes indoor pictures; all grainy and the shutter time is very slow. After doing a LOT of research, I finally decided to go back to Sony and purchased the H70. I have not seen a bad review on this camera anywhere. I tried it out over to my brother birthday and could not be happier with the crisp, clear pictures it produced. I got some awesome action shots both inside and out by the pool. I'm never leaving Sony again!!

*Cropping feature in the camera. You can zoom in and crop a picture just how you want it.
*Burst Mode- Allows you to hold down the shutter and it takes multiple pictures to get just the right action shot you want.
*In low light setting, the camera automatically takes two versions of the picture with different lighting so that you get the best picture possible.
*Great battery life.
*Panoramic setting is great!
*HD videos
*Motion stabilizer feature
*Scene selctions
*Includes the wires necessary to show your pictures on a T.V.
*Super user-friendly (even my grandmother uses a Sony because of how user-friendly it is)

Takes good pics/video that you can play back with sound. Menus are easy to navigate and user friendly. Panorama option is great especially to capture a full room layout. Got this for basic urban exploration, and pleased with every aspect... Small and lightweight but still packs a 10x zoom, 16 mp I believe. I like the rechargable battery and charger. It takes nice photos. large screen is so good. colourful easy user interface and it's auto scene detection function which helps to catch the image in perfect light conditions I couldn't find it in my old S3100.
Compact digital camera which gives nearly DSLR photo quality with Sony G lens. Its tough body and compact shape gives ability takes photos in various angles better than handling a DSLR camera with a telescopic lens. I feel professional when I take photos with it.
Mainly still I couldn't find any fault with it other than the little bit poor battery life and the little heavy body comparing with my old S3100. Many reviews say S3100 is better than this. But I feel this is better than it.Read full review...

Good little pocket camera! I would (and did) recommend this camera.

I got this particular camera for my dad, but only because I have had one for over a year. This is a really nice camera. Good picture quality, 10x zoom and panorama mode are the high points. The menu is a little bit of a challenge to find my way through (that's the 4-star reason), although I generally just go with the automatic settings. IDIOT PROOF PERFECT CAMERA

When my DSC-H70 died after years and thousands of pictures, I was devastated. A new camera cost a lot so I turned to eBay. I purchased another DSC-H70 refurbished camera, received it quickly and could not be happier. It is the easiest camera I have ever used, it takes great pictures, has a wonderful zoom and is incredibly easy to hook up to my computer to download to save, email and Facebook.
