If you can get this at a low price like, I did its a great TV.
Remember when those 42 inch LCD Televisions came out and it was such a big deal? The technology and the coolness factors. Now all that fits in your pocket. I paid a great price for mine $39.99. The rechargeable battery is also a great thing. The housing is made with a rubber like material that helps protect it and help it stay in your hands. Do not like the metal retractable antenna. It could use a rubber more flexible type of antenna. So be careful when raising or lowering the antenna. Wish it came with a case or sellers on ebay would sale a protective case for this model. Maybe a snap on or leather case that they do for cell phones. This is truly a 4.3" and by the time you add in the housing it is huge! But it still fits in your pocket. As in huge in a good way. It very large compared to my smart phone, I currently have. Picture quality: You have to be center on with the signal to get a great picture. May have to use the external antenna supplied with TV which can be a hassle. Features: Would have liked a clock built in, HDMI, and or an internal antenna built in. There are no connections except the headphone, charger, and additional external antenna. Thus, the low rating. Value for money: If you get it at great price. Note: I almost bought a 3.5" TV and glad, I did not. This is twice the TV experience and it cost less then the 3.5!" Believe me, I checked on line, on ebay, and at the local brick and mortar stores. Fantastic deal
I bought the Jensen JDTV-430 for $46.00 dollars including shipping an received it today . Now I live in Homestead Florida and the nearest television stations are 30 miles away in Miami Florida . I figured I would not be able to receive even one station because of the distance from the stationsp . I started scanning in the back yard . This thing is fantastic it picked up 39 stations including , Me TV , Antenna TV and a whole lot more . For the price I thought this was a toy , well it is not . I consider this one of my best purchases I have ever made . I would give this television a 10 . Now I will be able to enjoy this little television . I have heard that hills or mountains do block HD television reception . I would not mind buying another one for a spare .Read full review...
