Excellent low budget knifes

This is the second purple Kershaw pure Kamanchi 2 slicing knife that I’ve had, the first one I had for over 15 yrs,it didn’t break my ding bat sister in-law threw it in the trash in a empty pizza box out at a party… I now own 4, a couple of smaller ones and a couple of larger chefs knifes..
These knife are razor sharp…
They do need sharpening time to time depending on how much your using them.I use a ALADDIN knife sharpening tool, they work great with these knifes.. I use the purple one mostly for filleting chicken breast for cutlets and I slice Codfish into fillets…
Bottom line I love these knifes, I actually bring them with me when I go to my mothers for holidays to slice turkeys,roasts and hams because my mother has terrible dull knifeso.
I’d buy them for her but I’m honestly afraid she’ll cut herself… the other nice thing is the knifes come with sheaths for safety storing.
ALSO keep out of reach of children, the bright cool colors of these knifes attract children, but like any other very sharp knifes store them safely. If you like to cook,buy a set of these knifes you will love them.Read full review...
