Some good/some bad

My husband and I got matching headsets. Mine is spectacular but I haven't used it much. Hee uses his everyday all day. Within a week the left speaker stopped working. A few days later one of the ear strings stopped reeling back in. From the beginning it wouldn't run down a full charge, only to about 35-40%.
