This is an excellent product, reliable, full featured, and easy to use. My original Panasonic phone set works well, but the handsets do not have headset jacks. After visiting the Mfgr. website I was able to determine this unit would register with my
system, and it did. I now have the choice to use the headset when I am online. In my opinion Panasonic should include the headset jack on every model. Otherwise,I give their phones an AA rating for functionality,features and battery life etc.Read full review...

This cordless phone set is the best I've ever owned. It has very clear audio, great range, an easy to read display, the ability to block nuisance calls, and convenient voice mail function. Excellent additional handset

I purchased this handset used w/o batteries or charger. I got a set of AA rechargeable batteries and I already had a charger. It works great! Excellent range and sound.

Use New Batteries!

I purchased these units and transferred the batteries from my still working old phones. I got these errors: "Insert Battery", "Use Rechargeable Batteries", and Charge for 7H" I learned (the hard way) that rechargeable batteries only last 2 years and must be replaced. Also, the “Charge for 7H” message is normal when the phone detects different batteries and means that the phone has initiated the new battery routine.
