I inquired for assistance to both Canon Printer Man. and to Motorola Man. They were both very willing to help. Both spent much time with me without success. Why? Because I mainly did not read the simple instructions Canon so adequately had put in the brochure. Neither Canon nor Motorola Techs. thought of it and I was still dangling without having wireless printing. YOU MUST HAVE THE MOTOROLA ROUTER/MODEM INSTALLED IN THE COMPUTER ___F I R S T___!!!!!!

Modem FOR COMCAST

The modem was packaged well and was exactly what I ordered. However Comcast failed to inform me that I couldn't use this style if I wanted one of my 5 tv's wireless. Go figure. It’s a good quality product, as Motorola usually is. I wish I had known that it doesn’t connect to the 5.0 signal of xfinity but that’s my fault, not the equipment.
