false advertising

Bought this blackberry about 3 weeks ago as unlocked, turns out the phone was not unlocked so that was more money wasted getting that done. The phone was fine for the first week, then things started to go wrong, the trackpad became very tempremental, the battery started to over heat and the touch screen didnt work. overall not happy with phone.
