Don't buy them ~ deceptive pencil length

The eyeliner pencil length is deceptive ~ the actual pencil part is only about 3" long, while the rest is just an attached handle. I was very disappointed ~ they were far too expensive for what I got. I would have given them a '0' rating if available.Read full review...
