Awesome operating system for your home database or app server
If you have experience in at least three different versions of Microsoft Windows Server versions, old to new, this is a very powerful operating system that is still widely used for databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and for app servers (IIS, etc.) that will serve you well for the money. Skip the later operating systems unless you have a specific need/requirement, and go with this.
This is also an excellent solution if you want to use virtual machines on some older but still powerful hardware. I recommend any of Oracle Virtualbox, VirtualPC, or VMWare to use with this OS for those images.Read full review...
