Useless directions
We bought 2 of these shower units. They are great but I couldn’t give them 5 stars for 2 reasons: (1) The directions are useless. They are generic, for any shower unit (so they didn’t apply really to ours), the English language was incomprehensible, and not detailed enough. Fortunately I was able to use YouTube to help in the installation. (2) The controls on 1 unit flicker and then die, so I’m waiting to get a replacement, but I’ll have to remove the shower and put it in. There’s no way to test it otherwise.Read full review
