Not a good earpiece.

I bought this to replace my BlueAnt Q2 headset thinking that it would do what the Q2 did and I was wrong. My Q2 would tell me who was calling, whether they were in my phone book or not and this one does nothing. I had to look at my phone for all calls coming in. Also, it didn't stay in my ear very well, no matter which ear gel I had on it. Was not happy with this unit and had to go and get another Q2 to get back what I was comfortable with. By far the best all day wear Blue Tooth headset on the market

I have tried multiple blue tooth headsets over the years and this is by far my favorite. Comfortable enough for all day wear, clear voice recognition and noise canceling features. I really like how the earhook slips to adjust to everyone's ear. The only thing I would ask for is the form fitting rubber inner ear attachments for a little more secure fit inside the ear.Read full review...

Best product for me in 15 years.

I've used so many Bluetooth headsets over the last 15 years and I've found nothing better than this small, lightweight BlueAnt headset. I thought callers wouldn't be able to hear me because of it's compact size, but I was wrong. They hear me just fine and it cancels out the noise from the wind. The standby time is unbeatable. I recharge this unit maybe once every 10 days.

The only thing I can't do with this z9i is listen to music with it. I may be looking for a different one when this one breaks. I recommend this z9i Bluetooth.
