Product doesn't work. I cancelled payment through AMEX and am ready to return it. Pulse early versions had a faulty display panel

I would like to return it. I thought it was a new pen

It does not work properly. The light that’s suppose to turn on on the pen doesn’t come on. I have to try to work with the pen for a while to get it started then it hesitates and then stops.
