I purchase this brand radio on a regular basis as it is handy and the reception is "ok" AM Radio has gone downhill over the years but I still listen to talk radio in the evenings - the strongest stations reception are 1010 and Bloomberg radio WOR is not as powerful. I must say however that the FM reception is superior to the AM so if you are more of an FM listener I think you will find this satisfactory with a good price - I do not use the earphones or lanyard that comes with it Read full review
