ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 Turbo 6gb Graphics Video Card

Yes, it is worth it!

If you are considering an RX 480 8GB VS the ASUS GTX 1060 6GB, you have a very difficult decision to make because both graphics cards are excellent. Anything less than the above in comparison to the ASUS GTX 1060 6GB is a no brainer with the ASUS winning hands down.

Some configurations benefit from a single exit blower fan where others do better with ambient cooling. My specific ITX 250D Corsair case accommodates this graphic card with ease. In fact the Gigabyte R9 280X that this card replaced was larger in physical size and required more power connections. The ASUS GTX 1060 6GB requires only one 6 pin PCIe connector.

I did not attempt any additional overclock with this card since it was installed and have no immediate need for such. As time goes on I may find some benefit, but for now it performs very well pushing a single 27" 2560X1440 monitor. Read full review

I usually go AMD but couldn't pass this up.
