VCR review

I wanted a working VCR because many years ago, over a period of several years, I collected a fairly extensive library (mostly science (physics, mathematics, astronomy, chemistry, archaeology, and paleontology) programs) on VCR tapes. I haven't seen them in many years and was longing to watch them again. The VCR I purchased was supposed to be a high quality VCR. I paid about $175 for it and expected a very high quality unit for that much money. Unfortunately I did not get that. It is a very average VCR unit having the bare minimum of options and yielding a fairly poor picture. I am disappointed with the unit but I am watching all my old science VCR taped programs. Thus I got what I wanted... sort-of.Read full review
