Received the nail clippers in perfect condition, on time, packaged nicely. These nail clippers are the best thing I've ever bought. They feel high quality, cut with nearly 0 effort. The built in nail catcher is amazing. It doesn't catch 100% but maybe 75%n of clippings. Then just tilt it to dump into the trash. The built in file is cool but it is very aggressive for sure.
