Powerful stuff!

I take it before my workout about 15 to 20 minutes before. I find some sort of energy to get some extra reps not saying it will work for everyone but it sure works for me. But take exactly the daily amount prescribed and make sure you DO NOT take more than that, this stuff is strong. Read full review...
