Good for learning how to use a Telescoping gage

Overall, good value, probably. The motion on all of the gages was a wee bit "crunchy" on first inspection, but this varied, one was quite smooth and one was really bad. I removed the locking pin from all and found some "black crud (= grinding dust ?)" on the worst one. A quick wipe away made them all reasonable. These so far agree with measurements based on other methods.

Accurately using a telescoping gage takes practice. These would be a great set to learn with (once cleaned).Read full review...
