Device suits my purpose but don't expect new performance for one that is 3 years old

It took me several days to understand how to download the updated maps. Hint go to volume control and press upper right corner of the screen that is where one may find the place to up date maps. The proper place to click was different than presented on the Youtube video but I found it eventually

The suction cup sucks will not stay on the windshield. Tried heating the cup to flatten it but that only extended the stick on for a day

It appears the battery is weak there is little to no reserve I think the battery is integral to the device.

The device will suit my purposes as the newest update for my VW navigation is 2018 and cost twice what I paid for the Garmin Read full review

Garmin GPS

My purchase of Garmin GPS was a good one. I prefer the Garmin over the Magellan. I now own a Garmin 50 and 60. You can use a smartphone for navigation, but I prefer the Garmin GPS.
