Great value and price, IR signal is a little weak

The remote is a great replacement for the WD. All the buttons that the original has are on the replacement, only in different positions (this is not an issue). The only negative with this replacement remote is that the infrared signal is weaker than the original (tested this a several units). This results in having to occasionally hold the remote so you have a better aim at the base unit. Other than that, it is a perfect replacement. The low price more than offsets that. I am buying an extra one as a back up for a friend, in case his goes out.Read full review
