Better than I Thought
Had a Yoboa leather cove for a number of years which was a softer leather and I liked. Also not expensive. Was kind of flimsy after a while and the iPad slipped into an envelope type pocket with a cover that made it hard to clean around the edges. Also it had only one fold back method to stand. Was ready for a change and I saw a friend who had a Cole Haan Kindle cover which I liked so I went on line and saw this product for $7.95. Worth a try. Pleasantly surprised. Firm high quality feel. Rich dark brown with nice braided look a the binding. Very solid with lots of different ways for it to stand. Feels like it will last forever. Also, the iPad snaps right into the back so the exposed surface is larger and easy to clean. Feels like the iPad itself is brand new. Only concern was that it does not auto lock the iPad when you close it which made me concerned that the battery would drain but it is not an issue since the iPad is set to auto lock shortly after it is not used so if there is extra battery use, and I don't know if there is, it is negligible. Quality for what it is
ipad snaps in place. It’s neat, elegant and trim.
But leather? I don’t see or smell the leather anywhere. Mine has a scratch and it’s white underneath the brown.
