Trunk
This trunk will be good for every day to pick up things and store your helmet. But for long trips, there is no rubber seal on the lid and not sure how well it will keep out the weather. As to the construction of it, it is light weight plastic and not as strong as a trunk for a manufacture bike. It comes with NO instructions and the wiring chart that is on the inside of the lid is wrong. Don't go by it. Over all for the price it is nice.Read full review...

Mounting is an issue.
Mounting on to a Honda ST1300 rack is very challenging. The mounting holes do not match up like they should with the back rack that is on the bike unless you only want it held on with two bolts. Had to drill two holes to match the bikes rack holes. Bolts provided are not long enough, wires are 22 AWG and require the red piggy back splices. Wires from the box should be 18 AWG to match bike wires. Wires could also be about 2 or 3 inches longer to allow connecting them a lot easier. You can NOT fit a full face helmet into the trunk, shape of the trunks top makes it about 1 inch to short for the helmet. Wiring label saying which wire controlled what was not correct. I checked it prior to connecting and routing wires. Finish on the trunk is good, looks good after mounting and works. Like the extra light on the rear of the bike.Read full review...

Good trunk with lots of space.
Plastic is a little thin but so are bike skins. The spoiler light flashes “knight rider style” constantly, although depressing the brake makes it solid. Turn signals are dimmer than expected. For my Honda helix, I needed a 2’ extender harness. Works as described. The outward appearance is real nice and has nice padding for the rider. I really like the way it looks and the ease of being able to hook up.
The inside appearance is quite awesome as the trunk actually opens like a trunk. Plenty of space to put just about anything you would want to Cary on a bike.
The light hookups are pretty good and easy to understand with a diagram printed inside the trunk lid. The only issue I see is the wires for the left turn signal are a bit to short. If they could be about 3 more inches longer they would be perfect.Read full review...
