For your own safety.

We have three bikes at home. Installed it on my wife's and one of mine. Worth every penny. Specially in the winter where there are puddles of water in the edge of the road and you need to go around them, this little device is a live saver. You don't have to continually look back to see if a car is coming. I wrote may years w/o one just because I wanted to my bike to look cool. This mirror is small enough to keep the look of your bike. LIGHTWEIGHT AND INCONSPICOUS

Good Bar End Mirror For the Road

It does what it needs to. Easy to install and a little time to get it positioned right and you have a nice safety addition to your bike. The ball and socket that hold it in place do a pretty good job of holding it steady over bumps and rough roads.

Mirror has major flaw

Cateye needs to make an upgrade to the design. I have had 2 mirrors that have popped off when laying the bike down, and were never found. This was NOT a crash. They need to add some form of mechanical attachment, so when (not if) the mirror pops off, it won't be lost.Read full review...

Poor design do not purchase

The mirror pops off too easily. After a few of these pop offs, it will happen with just the slightest bump. Cat eye wouldn’t stand behind it. I bought a Hafny replacement and it’s much better.
