This is the exact same Model that is currently in my local Home Depot for $10.00 more. The item is brand new and has no marks on it. The Radio plays loud and clear. I sometimes have reception problems inside the House but I am reading the detailed instruction Manual to correct this. The unit does work well. I am happy with my purchase.
